Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to develop strategies that drive business growth. This role involves extensive market research, networking, and negotiating contracts to ensure the company’s objectives are met.


  1. Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  3. Develop customized solutions to meet client needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of the company’s products or services.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to develop strategies for business growth.
  5. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
  6. Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts to senior management.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.
  8. Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.


  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles, preferably in the same industry.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  7. Willingness to travel as required.
