Telecaller & Data/Email Manager

The Telecaller & Data/Email Manager is responsible for conducting outbound calls to prospective clients, managing databases, and handling email communications to support the sales and marketing efforts of the company. This role involves maintaining accurate records, updating databases, and ensuring timely follow-up to maximize customer engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products or services, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  2. Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about products, services, and promotions.
  3. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and relevant information, including contact details, interaction history, and feedback.
  4. Organize and manage email campaigns, including drafting, scheduling, and sending emails to targeted lists of contacts.
  5. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests via email, ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer service.
  6. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and generate reports to support decision-making.
  7. Assist in the development of scripts, templates, and sales collateral for telecalling and email communications.
  8. Monitor and track the performance of telecalling and email campaigns, analyze metrics, and provide insights for optimization.
  9. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices for data management and email marketing.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a polite and professional demeanor.
  2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone and via email.
  3. Proficiency in using CRM software, email marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office suite.
  4. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  5. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  7. Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales support roles is preferred.
  8. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
