Refund and Cancellation


  1. Payment Schedule

    • All payments must be made as per the agreed terms stated in the invoice or contract.
    • Initial deposits (if applicable) must be cleared before the commencement of work.

  2. Accepted Payment Methods

    • Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, Razorpay, credit/debit cards, or any other agreed payment gateway.

  3. Late Payments & Penalties

    • Payments not received within the due date will incur a late fee of 5% per month (if applicable).
    • In case of delayed payments, services may be temporarily suspended until dues are cleared.

  4. Refund Policy

    • Payments once made are non-refundable, except in cases of cancellation before the work begins.
    • Partial refunds may be considered in exceptional cases at the company’s discretion.

  5. Project Delivery & Milestone Payments

    • For long-term projects, payments will be made in milestones as agreed upon in the proposal.
    • Final payment must be completed before the final delivery of the project.

  6. Taxation & Additional Charges

    • All payments are subject to applicable taxes (GST or other charges) as per government regulations.
    • Any additional feature requests beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately.

  7. Dispute Resolution

    • In case of disputes regarding payments, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably through discussion.
    • Legal action may be taken if the issue remains unresolved within 20 days.

By proceeding with the payment, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
