As a Social Media Marketer at Socialzilla Services, you will be responsible for managing our clients’ social media presence and ensuring their success in the digital landscape.

Knowledge of SEO (both offline and online), Canva, and Hootsuite or similar tools is highly appreciated. Experience with Trello or Slack is a plus!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Client Strategies:
    • Create tailored social media strategies for each client.
  2. Content Creation and Posting:
    • Produce and schedule regular posts, images, and videos for clients.
    • Use Canva to design eye-catching posts and reels.
  3. Client Engagement:
    • Respond to comments and messages on behalf of clients.
    • Engage with followers to build community.
  4. Campaign Management:
    • Plan and execute promotional campaigns for clients.
    • Monitor and report on campaign success.
  5. Trend Monitoring:
    • Keep up with social media trends and platform updates.
    • Implement new trends to benefit clients.
  6. Performance Analysis:
    • Track and analyze the performance of clients’ social media accounts.
    • Adjust strategies based on performance data.
  7. SEO Knowledge:
    • Implement both offline and online SEO strategies to enhance visibility.
  8. Collaboration:
    • Work with clients’ teams to ensure brand consistency.
    • Coordinate with designers and content creators for high-quality visuals.
  9. Ad Management:
    • Set up and manage social media ads for clients.
    • Optimize ads for better results.
  10. Tool Proficiency:
    • Use Hootsuite or similar tools to manage and schedule posts.
    • Experience with Trello or Slack is a plus.
  11. Reputation Management:
    • Monitor and address any negative feedback or comments professionally.
    • Maintain a positive online reputation for clients.
  12. Reporting:
    • Provide regular performance reports to clients.
    • Communicate effectively to ensure clients understand their social media progress.
